Here's what you'll need to provide:

• Valid Government-Issued ID: Verifies your identity and adheres to the Act's requirements.
• Credit score: At least 600+credit score (FICO8)
• Proof of Stay: Documents like employment contracts, school enrollment forms, or paystub to demonstrate your legitimate long-term residency under the Act's guidelines.
• Out of country guest with no credit history: Flight ticket if applicable

Why these extra steps?
The Philadelphia Renters' Access Act protects the rights of long-term tenants (stays exceeding 30 nights) and sets specific regulations for landlords. These measures ensure both parties comply with the Act and enjoy a secure, compliant experience.
