On the first floor, you'll find a small study room, perfect for catching up on work or enjoying some quiet reading time. This floor also houses the private garage, providing convenient and secure parking for your vehicle.

Moving up to the second floor, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room featuring a comfortable sofa and a TV, where you can unwind after a long day of exploring the area. The full-size kitchen is complete with all the appliances you need, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave.
