The B&B is also in an area close to the 30th amtrak/rail station, 15 min walk to the Zoo & close to the philadelphia museum of art where the Rocky balboa statue is. there are plenty of Bus routes within walking distance so a car is not needed to get around & I used the bus every day. I had the room downstairs which had a private bathroom inside, TV, minifridge with freezer, coffee maker, small cooktop if needed & good height on the ceilings (i'm 6 ft 3), & a good size shower.
