It’s a good place for a short term stay. Starting by the positives: the host is really responsive and flexible and addressed the issues promptly, the check in was simple and the place has a good price, the area is close to many restaurants and universities. I just had a couple smaller issues that could be addressed for a better experience: when I first arrived the bathroom wasn’t super clean and the shower was overflowing (it’s a design issue it appears), but the host sent people to clean it so it was a bit better. Also, the kitchen sometimes smells like burnt but that definitely can be fixed.

Very good stay!! Stayed for 3 months and only had the issues outlined below. Very pleased - There is a fake shower floor of slats over the actual shower. First shower, dirty water flooded up. Lifted slats to find dark brown water and muck. Messaged them and they said cleaners would come the next day. Cleaners didn’t show next day, but did get there day after that - Signs on both the freezers that say out of order. I discarded the frozen groceries I bought before arrival and asked when it would be fixed. They had no idea the signs were there and said they worked fine. After 3 months the signs were never removed - Asked if it would be possible to put a microwave on the first floor. Said they’d think and get back to me. Never did - Door code was changed and asked if it was typical or if it was a safety issue. Never answered - Informed I’d be moving out a day early and asked twice to be sent the instructions early which they agreed to. Never received morning of until I asked again
