The place also comes with a television and a dining table with chairs big enough for 2-3 persons. Aesthetically designed for a relaxing stay with bright natural light coming from the big windows. Truly a home away from home!

We provide a self-check-in system and contactless support 24/7 to limit interaction and make it safe for our guests. We are carefully managing the property to make it a top-notch facility. We have a special team to sanitize the property after use.

This studio is such a good location!! You’re right by schuylkill river, a short work to chestnut and walnut st which has all the stores/restaurants AND there’s a lot of great restaurants near by (Mr. Rabbit for coffee, Trattoria Carina, & Erawan were my faves). I stayed here for 3 months and Qi was very responsive to my questions/requests. It had everything I needed for my stay. Fair warning, the parking isn’t great but there’s a garage down the street that does monthly parking, but there’s a lot of bus options near by within 5-10min walk. Overall I would highly recommend this Airbnb, for its location and coziness!
I got bitten by bedbugs when I first moved in, but I didn’t go there immediately and thought maybe it was just mosquitoes. I then got bitten again two nights in a row during my last few nights there. I then decided to check the bed, and only to find out that the mattress if fully covered in filthy dirt ( the mattress you see on the street is often cleaner than this) they put two layer clean sheets above it to cover the actual condition of the mattress. I have clear videos and photos documenting the entire condition, which I will post on all social medias later. Do yourself a favor to check the mattress if you ever decide to live here. The ad is also misleading and deceptive. The beautiful outside green you see in the picture does not exist. I couldn’t even find the dead body of those plants and I highly suspected that the picture was faked. The inside of the room is not well maintained and look much worse than the picture. Room smells like weed and smoke from the neighbors.
I love staying with QI, this was my second summer renting a place with them and what you see is what you get. They are truly amazing and so helpful/responsive. I can’t recommend them enough! I love love love my experience with QI. I needed a light build fixed and had an issue with the bath tub, within a blink of an eye someone was there to fix the problem! The area was also perfect, it was within walking distance of my work, and a safe area of Philly. I definitely recommend staying at QI’s place!
