This is a beautiful Rittenhouse Square area apartment that is spacious and adequately acquainted with all the necessities! The location is just a few blocks away from many fun attractions including museums, restaurants, parks, city hall and much more! Enjoy local eateries near the apartment such as: Good Karma Café, Friday Saturday Sunday, Spread Bagelry, Honey's Sit 'N Eat, and much more! Looking to cook at home? Target, Trader Joe’s and South Square Supermarket is right at your service!

Guests can easily self-check-in/check-out with the electronic entry system. 
Guests will have access to the entire apartment complex. This includes  private bathrooms, kitchen, washing/drying machines, lightning fast Wi-Fi internet access, smart TV access (with HDMI), microwave, two bedrooms, living room and a stay on Philadelphias most prestigious address!

For parking (if street parking is not available or parking hours are non accommodating), we recommend using the garage located just a block away at Parkway 1845 Walnut Garage. There are also many other parking garages nearby for your choosing.

If you are flying to/from Philadelphia, an Uber/Lyft from the airport to the apartment costs approximately $15. 

If you are taking the train to commute around the city, 22nd St station is less than a 10-minute walk away. Taxis, Uber, Lyft are also available for these trips.

The apartment itself is inside and to the back of the building which means views are limited to quiet side streets but private and comfortable. The street itself is historic, tree and flower lined, quiet and idyllic! Trading Places was filmed a few doors down! Parking was ok and even snagged a street spot but lots are close by. Coffee and breakfast are a block away, Rittenhouse Square only 2 blocks and tons more food and shopping options. It's famous but feels like a locals family area. Easy buses everywhere. The beds were comfy and I'm quite sensitive to a hard bed. It was medium firm but I slept well. Nice clean bedding. Kitchen was stocked with appliances and regular pot style coffee maker. The couch doesn't pull out in this unit but is comfortable. Bathroom off bedroom is large and 2nd bathroom is quite small. Ceilings lower in the 2nd bedroom too. AC worked well once plugged in.
