The host was very helpful and responsive and the unit was very clean and looked just like the photos. We didn’t realize that the unit would not have an accessible thermostat which did lead to the unit being warmer than we would have liked, but Qi was very accommodating and helped us change the temperature remotely. Overall we had a good stay :)
Sadly the location was not as described. The listing advertises a “private back entrance,” which is a real stretch and not accurate, and there are no photos showing what the entrance actually looks like. The area was described as “up and coming,” but that didn’t match our experience. There was a lot of homelessness nearby and we wouldn’t call the surroundings clean or tidy. To be fair, the apartment itself looked fine and completely workable, so this review isn’t about the unit. The communication with Qi was also very good. We didn’t end up staying l because the area just didn’t feel like a safe, relaxing environment. Others may feel differently, and that’s fair enough, but we’ve stayed in another place where we could come and go freely without constantly needing to watch our surroundings.
A few small issues at check in but the host was very responsive and everything worked out. Cute little place.
