It was 5 minutes away from the subway and only 1 mile away from City Hall (a 30 minute walk on a nice day). The host was also very responsive to the issues we were having with the heating system. The room included an electric heater which helped. Less than ideal was the noise from the tenant upstairs. You could hear them walking around at night. There was also an unpleasant order that seemed to come from someone smoking though there were signs posted that there was no smoking allowed. For the price, we were able to live with these inconveniences for the few days we were there. Overall the experience met our needs." (6/5)

The host was very proactive and very responsive however didn't solve much of the problems that were going on and made me feel like the room was not thoroughly clean and made right." (6/5)
