The location is amazing! Right in the middle of historical Philadelphia. The inside is beautiful. Older building and the unit is on the 4th floor with no elevator but the unit has been modernized and it's gorgeous. I didn't notice there are no tvs in the bedrooms when I made the booking (the kids were not excited about that but I was okay with it). Just be prepared. Qi was very responsive to the many questions I asked before the stay. I would be happy to with with Qi again.
