Very convenient to the theater district as well as museums and general walks. Stayed with four friends and we each had our own room with designated individual bathroom! A true luxury. The common spaces were easy for gathering. We did not cook and eat meals in, though could easily have done so had we chosen. Stairs are very steep for those with mobility challenges and not familiar with Philly architecture. We ended up having my mother stay at a hotel nearby.
The townhouse is very central in Philly and has a good amount of space for large families / multiple friends. It is a tall townhouse with lots of stairs (there's a large landing at the entrance for depositing strollers). The central stairwell lights stay on 24/7 which is a bit quirky and 2 of the bedrooms get a lot of sun in the morning so might not be ideal for people who need darkness to sleep. Otherwise, Qi was very responsive and helpful. It's not cheap but we were able to walk everywhere, there's a CVS and parking garage less than a block and we found several great restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the apartment. Overall, our family of 6 had a great stay!
Great place- with lots to do in the surrounding area! Public transportation was near but we did not choose to use it, as the surroundings are gorgeous and it’s easy access to all parks, markets, food and stores! Lots of stairs to keep you in shape and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to give the kids their own space!
