Cozy 4BR City Escape in the Heart of Philly

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed here for 7 nights and had a fantastic time. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for a family or group of friends. The location is very central. We walked everywhere! There's a Trader Joes a 15 min walk away, as well as a convenience store and CVS less than 2 mins away. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything we needed. I cooked multiple meals during our stay and the kitchen had everything I needed. My only warning is that it has a lot of stairs! Getting a property of this size in the city means it will most likely be a row house, so that means stairs! The apartment is spread over multiple levels with the primary bedrooms being on the top floor, so just be prepared! I'd recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with a great location.

Qi’s place was amazing! First and foremost, I booked it because it was 1-1/2 block away from the venue where my daughter’s graduation ceremony was held. $700+ per night was worth it for the convenience and it accommodated 7 of us nicely. The place was absolutely gorgeous (well-decorated) and the layout was unique. We were able to gather as a family and still have some privacy, when needed. We were out of the house most of the time but loved it when we were at Qi’s place. Parking wasn’t bad at all. With a little patience, we found street parking and either moved the car or paid the parking meter once it was in effect. We loved the neighborhood as well. There’s a cute cafe around the corner. We would stay at Qi’s place again in a heartbeat. It was very peaceful & relaxing when we were there. Thank you! :)

Great place, great location. Clean and as pictured. Lots of stairs so be aware of that! Right next to Kimmel Performing Arts and Curtis School of Music and 5-7 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square. Host was very responsive. I do suggest an iron, an ironing board, TVs in the bedrooms would have been nice, as well as hair dryers in each bathroom. Was it worth the price for the value? The whole weekend was exorbitant everywhere and I needed at least 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so there weren’t many choices. It was the University of Pennsylvania graduation weekend so every hotel was very pricey. I do highly recommend this place!
