I enjoyed my time and stay at this airbnb location. It is in a great area, and provided well for my needs whilst staying for 4 months. The host was very attentive and helpful, always replying to my messages in a timely manner. The long stay also included benefits like being furnished, wifi, basic bathroom and kitchen products which was helpful! My feedback includes: One of the two air-conditioners broke and was left this way for the rest of my stay. Luckily the worst of winter had passed, but this was disappointing (But other issues were fixed in a timely manner). Second, the electronic lock on the front door ran out of battery twice and left me stuck outside at 1am. A spare key was eventually installed outside but be careful with this issue. Third, confirm before arrival the apartment door code is correct, it was wrong on my arrival leaving me stuck. Fourth, confirm which apartment (front or rear) you are staying in. The one I applied for showed window views which were misleading.
